Kerim KAHYAGİL, Chairman
Kerim Kahyagil has more than 40 years of information technology management experience and a proven track record in successfully developing early-stage companies. Before joining Ultima, Kerim was with Bilpa A.Ş, he co-founded in 1980, as Vice President of Telecommunications and Network Operations for Turkey's leading bank Yapı Kredi.

Mr. Kahyagil holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from Knox College and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University. .

Sinan ÇİLESİZ, General Manager
Sinan Çilesiz, who strategizes and directs software sales and consultancy activities at Ultima, has over two decades of information technology consultancy and management experience. Prior to joining Ultima he worked for Yapi Kredi Bank where he had a leading role in reengineering the bank's customer information systems. He specializes in CRM strategy formulation for financial services institutions, with extensive experience in market expansion strategies, customer modeling and value proposition design.
Mr. Çilesiz holds a Bachelor's Degree from Istanbul Technical University in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree from California State University in Computer Science.

Boğaç GİRİTLİOĞLU, Director
Boğaç Giritlioğlu has worked for Setpoint, Houston, USA (part of Aspen Technology), Siemens, Yapı Kredi Bank Honeywell and SAP AG, Turkey in capacities of lead programmer, analyst, research engineer, sales engineer and key account manager. Mr. Giritlioğlu is in charge of Sales Consulting and Implementation teams at Ultima.

Mr. Giritlioğlu holds Bachelor's Degrees from Bosphorus University in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and in Physics with high honors (ranking number 1 of graduating class) and received his Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Rice University with high honors
